Having enjoyed nearly 33 years of employment within the aviation industry, most recently with Aviance and prior to 2001 with GHI and Gatwick Handling. I decided to use my conciderable wealth of knowledge gained in my various managerial roles to set up my own consultancy company.

During my career I have worked with the travelling public as a communicator of flight information, Dispatcher, Service Delivery Manager, Cargo Manager, Station Manager, Commercial Manager, I.T Manager, Business Systems Development Manger and finally as Head of Business Projects.

As an accomplished senior manager with conciderable hands-on experience, recognised within the sector for my ability to drive and realise operational improvement, business process engineering and deliver strategic development projects.

I have made a significant contribution to the development and realisation of operational solutions in the airport environment. As a good communicator I have played a leading role in motivating, coaching and coordinating colleagues during the design through to the final implementation.

With an impressive track record of successful project delivery, I have a proven aptitude for problem identification and solution development which has created significant opportunities for my previous employer and will continue to do so for Specialist Travel Solutions.
