I would like to be in a position to write a contract in a way that would allow me to generate a fully expanded report, with a text explanation against each paragraph and sub paragraph number, this will offer me the ability to fully audit the content of my agreement to ensure it complies with what my company wishes to supply.   

I would like to give a copy of this draft contract to my customer in order that they can verify the contract is exactly as they discussed. Once committed as the final version I would like to release this same simplified version to my management team both operational and to those responsible for financial reporting.  

The problem with the SGHA contract is that it requires a decoding manual to compile it and the customer requires the same to check the contents. I am planning to release software that will allow the commercial manager the ability to write a contract without having to refer to the IATA manual. 

Having taken time to write and agree the contract it is very important to ensure it is applied in a practical way and that every item is charged as agreed, the software will generate a report that will allow front line business managers the ability of knowing exactly what has been agreed, this reference document will be slightly different for every carrier handled and will remove guesswork as to what services should be recorded for charging.
